Delivery & Processing
Orders are processed, shipped and delivered Monday through Friday only. Orders are not processed, shipped or delivered on national holidays. All orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or on a national holiday, will be processed the following business day.
After the completion of your online order the products ordered will be shipped in maximum 2 days if the products are on stock. Items that are not on stock require more time due to manufacturing/or other reasons, an email will be send to you regarding the time of delivery but usually will be maximum 12 working days. At the time the order is shipped you will receive a confirmation email with the details of shipment number for tracking.
Orders for US customers will be delivered with UPS Express.
Orders for European customers will be delivered with UPS, DPD or GLS depending the destination country.
For shipments in other parts of the globe we will use UPS but first please send email to get a quote.
In cases that fall beyond anyone’s reach or responsibility and products cannot be delivered on time or at-all we maintain the right to contact with you so you can instruct if you wish the shipment of your products ordered.
The shipment costs vary in accordance with the country they are being delivered.
- for orders up to 100 USD the cost of the shipment – $14,00
- for orders above 100 USD – free shipment
- for orders up to 100 Euro the cost of shipment – €10,00
- for orders above 100 Euro – free shipment
For all other destinations please send an email and we will inform you regarding the shipment costs.
US Tax charges:
- for delivery in Massachusetts we will charge the Massachusetts Tax of 6,25% on all our orders;
- for delivery in other US states the price shown are flat and we do not charge tax;
- for European deliveries we will charge 19% VAT
- on the European website the VAT is included in the prices presented in the website
Some orders placed through Carla Brillanti website which are not from EU or US may incur a customs or import duty charge. Carla Brillanti does not have any control over these charges and cannot advise what they will be prior to purchase, as each country has different regulations. Carla Brillanti is not responsible for these charges and will not pay them on the customer's behalf. They are to be paid by the customer upon delivery. Orders cannot be returned to sender so if these charges are not paid by the customer, the parcel may be abandoned and Carla Brillanti will not be responsible for the parcel or any funds lost as a result. Special shipping conditions:
In order to ensure the security of your purchase, a signature is required upon delivery. If for any reason you are unavailable to sign for your purchase, the courier will make several attempts to reach you.
If you have specific need regarding delivery of the goods, for example the order to be delivered on certain hour or date, please specify this when you order at the comments.
